The victim stated she spent the night with the suspect, Mr. James L. Haley. She stated she woke up to breakfast. She told Mr. Haley she did not wish to have breakfast with him. Words were exchanged between the suspect and the victim, and a scuffle ensued. Mr. Haley grabbed the victim around the neck and attempted to strangle her by pressing his thumbs into her neck. Mr. Haley currently has warrants for his arrest.
