Andrew G. Chapman was last seen in late November of 2006. At the time of his disappearance, Andy Chapman was living in the Hilltop area and was 32 years old. Today, November 24, 2021, is Andy’s birthday and he is 47 years old. Andy is described as: Male/White, 6’, 175lbs., brown hair, brown eyes. 

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for any information leading to the location and return of Andy.
