On June 1, 2023, at approximately 10:15 p.m., Mr. Natanael S. Palacios and a Mr. Juan Cuarenta robbed the victim, Mr. Jarrod Mickle at gunpoint in the parking lot of the Kroger located at 1745 Morse Road. Mr. Palacios and Mr. Cuarenta fired their handgun at the victim after taking property then fled toward their vehicle where they were confronted by the security guard that was working at the Kroger's. Mr. Cuarenta pointed his handgun at the security guard and was then shot by the security guard. He was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. Mr. Palacios fled from the scene on foot prior to Officers arriving.
Mr. Palacios is wanted for one count of F-1 Aggravated Robbery and is believed to be armed and dangerous.
