On 05/06/2023 at approximately 10:27am, Columbus Police Officers responded to a gas station in the area of 1401 Sullivant Ave. on the report of shots fired. Both victims stated a male black entered the store and wanted to buy some items. The victims informed the male suspect that the store was closed for remodeling which made the male angry. Mr. Aldakhil stated the male became angrier because he was asked to leave the store and that is when he threatened to shoot Mr. Aldakhil.
