Today’s Wanted Wednesday focuses on a shooting that took place in Columbus.

On March 16, 2023 at approximately 12:48PM Officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of Brentnell Ave of the report of a shooting. Upon Officers arrival they came in contact with a female who was shot in her head and back. The Victim was transported to an area hospital in serious condition. After further investigation it is believed that Mr. Brandon Brown was at the residence and became involved in an argument with the Victim.


During the argument, Mr. Brown pull a handgun from his waistband and fired eight rounds at the victim as she was standing in the doorway with her residence with her two children (Ages 2 and 4). Mr. Brown fled the scene before Officers arrival. Mr. Brown is wanted for three counts of Felonious Assault, three charges of Domestic Violence, Menacing, and Assault. Mr. Brown is believed to be armed and dangerous.
