This week’s “Crime of the Week” focuses on a Homicide that happen in Columbus

On May 24, 2020 at approximately 9:06 p.m., Officers were dispatched to the area of 1939 Maryland Ave. on a gun run. Officers arrived at scene and located the victim, Mr. Andrew Kelley, laying on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound. Mr. Kelley was transported to the hospital for treatment, however, he did not survive and was pronounced deceased at 11:55 p.m. Video obtained from this location show that there was a fight between Mr. Kelley and some other males that were at this location. There were approximately 20 to 30 people at scene when the shooting occurred.
