Today’s Wanted Wednesday focuses on an Aggravated Assault out of Columbus.
On June 2, 2022 at approximately 9:00 p.m., Columbus Police patrol officers responded to 2640 Nona Road on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a one (1) year old juvenile victim who was suffering from minor wounds sustained from shattered glass. The juvenile victim was treated at scene by Columbus Division of Fire medics. Officers also came into contact with several other individuals who had been shot at. It was later learned that the suspect, Nathaniel Love Jr, arrived at the residence and a verbal argument ensued over property. During the argument, Mr. Love brandished a firearm and fired several gunshots at the victims. Some of that gunfire struck a vehicle where the juvenile victim was seated at the time. The gunfire shattered the rear window, showering the victim with glass. Mr. Love is wanted for one count of Felonious Assault and three counts of Domesic Violence. Mr. Love is belived to be armed and dangerous.
