On March 11, 2017, at approximately 10:44 p.m., Officers were dispatched to the area of 1626 Maryland Ave., on the report of a large fight outside of a teen party. Minutes later, additional calls were received that gunshots had been fired in the area and people were injured. Officers arrived in the area and located TYQUAN K. LACKEY, and two other individuals that had been shot. All three victims were transported to local hospitals. Tyquan Lackey, unfortunately, did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 11:26 p.m. Many people were in the area of this shooting, who fled the scene prior to the police arriving.
