On July 28, 2023, at around 1:55 am, Mr. David Allen got into a physical fight with Mr. Nasier Reid while at a pub in the 2400 block of Summit St. After the fight Mr. Allen shot and killed Mr. Reid before fleeing the area.
Mr. David Dushonne Allen is wanted for Murder (F-1), he is considered armed and dangerous, and should be approached with caution.
