Barber Shop Shooting

 Today’s Midweek Special focuses on a shooting which took place in Columbus.

On April 26, 2022, at approximately 12:04 pm, Patrol responded to a shooting at a barbershop in the 5000 block of N. Meadows Blvd.  Upon arrival, they found the victim dead at scene.  Columbus Division of Fire Medic #6 pronounced the victim dead at 12:12 pm.  According to witnesses and preliminary investigation efforts, a male black entered the business and spoke with the victim.  They left and witnesses heard gunshots.  The suspect was described as a male black wearing a black ball cap and sunglasses.  The suspect left on foot and remains at large.  The investigation continues.
