Delaware County Sheriff needs assistance in locating 42-year-old female by the name of Chelsea Hutchins. Ms. Hutchins left her residence in Delaware county in early November 2024. Her last communication with family was in mid-December.
She was last seen at a gas station on W. Broad St on the west side of Columbus on Jan 12, 2025.
