Today’s Wanted Wednesday focuses on a Robbery and Aggravated Arson in Columbus

On 03/24/2018 Officer T. Livingston badge 1752 was working CPD cruiser 104. At 6:50pm Officer Livingston was dispatched to 2800 Sullivant Ave for a robbery in progress involving a knife. Prior to Officer Livingston's arrival dispatch notified he and the other dispatched Officers, the suspects were 4 male whites in their 20’s, and the victim was an older Male white. Officers were informed while responding to scene that everyone involved was standing in front of the BP gas station at 2800 Sullivant Ave.

Officers made contact with the victim and asked him what had happened. The victim stated he was traveling West on Roland Sunker Place and stopped at S. Powell Ave attempting to go South bound on S. Powell Ave. The Victim stated a green Acura was “flying” down S. Powell Ave and he pulled out in front of the green Acura and the green Acura hit his vehicle. The victim stated he pulled off on the side of the road and made contact with the four males inside the green Acura. The victim stated the four males began to argue with him and began to threaten him by saying “We’ll beat your ass” and “you’ll pay for this.” The victim stated one of the male’s demanded the victim give them 1,000 dollars. The victim stated he was scared because the four males were becoming aggressive and put hands on him so he went to get back into his vehicle. The Victim stated Mr. Michael Millar began to kick his vehicle. Officers noticed foot prints and dents to the driver side door and the back left trunk area of the victims vehicle. The victim stated two of the suspects, identified as Mr. Michael Aswegan, and Mr. Millar got into the back of the victims vehicle. The victim stated one of the suspects stated “drive us to the ATM or we will kill you.” The victim stated he was freighted and drove to a nearby ATM and retrieved 100 dollars from his bank account. The victim stated Mr. Aswegan and Mr. Millar demand he give them 1,000 dollars, but the victim stated he could not get 1,000 dollars at an ATM. The victim stated the two suspects told him to drive to the BP gas station and to use his debit card to get 1,000 dollars from BP. The victim stated the other two suspects were following the victim to the ATM and back to BP in the green Acura. The victim stated officers arrived on scene before he could enter the BP.

Mr. Michael Millar is wanted for one count of F-3 Robbery and one count of Aggravated Arson. Mr. Millar is now 20 years old but still wanted for his felony juvenile warrants and should be approached with caution.
